Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Physical Education, or related field.

Required Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in Sports event management or a similar role Desired: Exposure to National and televised Sports events and leagues
- Assist in the conceptualization, budgeting, and scheduling of sports events.
- Prepare event timelines, task lists, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, academies, and federations for partnerships and participation.
- Book venues, manage site setup, and ensure all equipment and materials are in place.
- Coordinate with vendors for sound, lighting, tents, medical support, refreshments, and security.
- Arrange for officials, referees, and volunteers; distribute and manage duties on event day.
- Handle registrations (online/offline), payments, and confirmations.
- Maintain databases of athletes, teams, and institutions.
- Respond to queries from participants, parents, and coaches.
- Oversee the smooth functioning of matches, ceremonies, and announcements.
- Manage check-ins, briefing sessions, results recording, and timekeeping.
- Troubleshoot issues during the event and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Coordinate branding placements (banners, standees, logos) as per sponsor requirements.
- Support content creation for social media updates and post-event highlights.
- Maintain event reports, participant feedback, and media coverage.

Key Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic registration platforms.

Willingness to work on weekends and travel locally for events.

Field-based role with active involvement during events.

May require working long hours or weekends during tournaments or peak seasons.
