**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, and product launches, and client meetings.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Liaising with and negotiating with hotels, vendors, & suppliers.
- Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including event reports, attendee lists, and financial records.
- Focus on generating targeted revenue through the events.
- Coordinate with other teams for better execution of events on the platform.
- Ready to travel at short notice.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 4-5 years in event planning, operations, or management, preferably in a B2B marketing / event agency.
- Should be able to conceptualise & ideate new event-related themes.
- Should have a good connection with various event fabricators and vendors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
