**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist patients and attendants with a warm and professional approach.
- Manage patient relations by addressing concerns, feedback, and queries promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments to ensure smooth patient services.
- Ensure OPD/IPD patients receive required support from admission to discharge.
- Handle feedback forms, online reviews, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and improve patient satisfaction scores.
- Assist in organizing health camps, patient engagement activities, and hospital events.
- Monitor complaint redressal system and maintain proper records.
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives when required.
- Report daily activities, patient issues, and suggestions to management.
Pay: ₹11,116.21 - ₹29,385.96 per month
