**Position Title**: Chef de Partie (Pan Asian Cuisine)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, focusing on Pan Asian specialties such as sushi, dim sum, stir-fries, noodle dishes, and grilled items.
- **Station Management**: Oversee all aspects of your assigned station, including organization, cleanliness, and stock management. Ensure that mise en place is prepared efficiently and maintained throughout service.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to ensure that dishes leaving your station meet the restaurant's standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the kitchen team, including commis chefs and sous chefs, to coordinate orders, timing, and overall kitchen operations. Communicate effectively and proactively with team members.
- **Menu Development**: Contribute ideas and suggestions for menu development, including new dishes, specials, and seasonal offerings within the Pan Asian culinary domain.
- **Adherence to Food Safety Standards**: Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, including HACCP guidelines. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.
- **Training and Mentorship**: Provide guidance and support to junior members of the kitchen brigade, including commis chefs and apprentices. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the kitchen.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory control, including stock rotation, ordering, and stocktaking. Minimize waste and maintain cost-effective practices.
- **Customer Interaction**: Occasionally interact with guests to answer questions about the menu, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume Pan Asian restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine, including traditional cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Strong culinary skills and the ability to execute complex recipes with precision and consistency.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification from a culinary school or apprenticeship program is desirable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
