**RESPONSIBILITES**:
The IP Administrator ensures that there is a proper definition of how to deal with classified information between the VLS and third parties, and that relationship has been contracted in accordance with the relevant legal requirements. He also provides the necessary maintenance and archiving of contracts. He does everything necessary to maximize the protection of VLS's interests and rights. He is the owner of the NDA process and is responsible for its updating, accuracy and realization. It is a global role.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S)**:
Bachelor degree
Field of study in law is preferred.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S)**:
3 years of experience is advantage
Knowledge of legal processes, especially
contract law - advantage /
Knowledge of licensing and patent protection - an advantage
Experience in the field
Experience in concluding NDA or commercial contracts.
Experience with filing patents and trademarks - an advantage.
Knowledge of foreign and Czech legal systems and laws is an advantage.
