**Responsibilities**
- Checking all documents (BL draft, DO, Stuffing details, sale bill copy ,Buy & Sell quotation) from Customer service
- Follow up with carrier / co-loader for first print OBL draft & debit note
- Cross check the BL & Invoice if ocean freight shipment with term prepaid & as per the rate negotiated with them
- Follow up with CHA/shipper CHA for shipping billing/measurement/BL draft & arrange accordingly HBL draft/debit note needs to be sent to them for confirmation
- Follow up with Carrier/Co-loader for onboard/loading confirmation.
- Checking all cost & income before closing the job
- Ensure all the invoice details (selling rates) are sent to accounts team for proper Billing after shipment arrival.
- Answering Daily Mails and Queries

**Requirements**:

- Filling of shipping bill, Bill of entry
- Form-13
- VGM
- Checklist preparing
- E-Sanchit
- Custom notification
- Tariff, H.S Code
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
