* Handled all types of Banquets enquiries.
*Managed day to day operations of the banquet facility.
*Booked corporate and social events including menu tasting.
*Negotiated contractual agreement and maintain accurate client files including billing, guided clients through all spets from initial booking to the day of the event.
*Managed internal production timelines and coordinated vendor.
*Communicate all the department head set up and requirements for all social events.
*Capable of handling the operations alone.
*Negotiated pricing including sales minimums and menu pricing, prepare and send out proposals and contracts and assist with the menu selection with great attention to detail.
*Effectively communicated and work closely with banquet, and all other operational departments to ensure smooth execution of all events including conducting weekly banquet event meeting with the Executive chef and with the captain and servers.
*Coordinated:

- wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday celebration, corporate events, training programs.
*Making function prospectus as per the functions.
*Maintain files records and documents schedule manually as well as in the system.
*Managed internal production timelines and coordinated vendor participation for events.
*Built successful relations with outside vendor.
*Established new accounts and increase banquet Sales significantly.
*Researched and responded to customer inquiries and concerns, established long lasting relationships with clients and vendors.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
