- Skilled in gathering and assessing customer needs from the RFI/RFPs and creating value propositions. Strong understanding of Bid management process.
- Fluent in English and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have good understanding of IT technology services and IT terminology.
- Experience in analyzing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
- Expert in establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering writing, review, and approval.
- Able to work with deadlines
- Experienced in building a knowledge database of important reusable contents from the proposals developed.
- Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a must
