Position: Pastry/Bakery Chef

Location: Noida

Type: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a diverse range of high-quality pastries, cakes, and baked goods while adhering to Sugar Blossoms Bakery's established recipes and standards.
- Creatively design and execute new pastry concepts, ensuring a harmonious blend of flavors, textures, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following proper sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure efficient production, timely order fulfillment, and product consistency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovative techniques, incorporating new ideas into our pastry offerings.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking supplies, and placing orders to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster skill development.
- Engage with customers, addressing inquiries and offering recommendations to enhance their bakery experience.
- Contribute to the development of new pastry items for seasonal menus and special occasions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry/Bakery Chef, with a portfolio showcasing your pastry creations.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the bakery team and interact with customers.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative flair and a passion for experimenting with flavors and presentation.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently exceptional products.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and meet production deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience as a Pastry/Bakery Chef in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.

**Education**:

- Formal culinary training and certification in pastry arts or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
