## *Skills Required:*

Hands-on and self-starter

Innovative with new dishes & variations

Intermediate inventory management skills

Tier-1 city work experience (Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore)

Basic spoken & written English for customer interaction

All-round bakery expertise: cakes, bread, desserts, savories
## *Roles & Responsibilities:*

*Baking:*
- Prepare doughs, monitor oven temperatures
- Bake cakes (sponges, eggless, cream, dry, cheesecakes)
- Bake bread (multigrain, garlic, buns, pita, panini)

*Decoration:*
- Decorate cakes with buttercream, fondant, edible toppings
- Create custom/theme cakes for special occasions

*Pastry & Dessert:*
- Shape pastries, croissants, cookies, tarts, brownies, pies
- Make warm items: puffs, patties, sandwiches, burgers

*Fillings & Sauces:*
- Prepare fillings (chocolate ganache, caramel, fruit-based)

*Kitchen Management:*
- Coordinate with customer service for accurate orders
- Track food inventory, forecast supplies, place orders
- Maintain cleanliness & organization in the kitchen
## *Opportunity:*

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
