Sales Executive

Good Communication Skill is a must (Fluency in English)
- Build a strong rapport with the past participants and generate opportunities and convert them into registrations
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective participants to introduce the company's services, engage in meaningful conversations, and identify potential opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Growth Vidyapeeth's workshops, features, and benefits. Articulate the value proposition to potential clients, highlighting how it can positively impact their life
- Engage in consultative selling techniques to understand clients' needs, provide tailored solutions, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software / Google Sheets. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales-related information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Provide valuable insights and feedback to optimize marketing strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, progress, and results. Present sales performance data to the Faculty and Project Head
- A-Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and processing information in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

- Languages spoken and written English, Hind, Gujarati and any other would be added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
