**Role Brief**:
We are looking to hire a continental, Commis 2 for location Ahmedabad India.

The role is to assist in preparing food in kitchen under supervision of Chefs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assisting in the food preparation process

Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes.

Helping with deliveries and restocking

Assisting with stock rotation cleaning stations

Contributing to maintaining kitchen, food safety standards and hygiene

Adhering to company procedures in regards to temperature checks, food labelling and

dating, cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations at all times ensuring that all records are

maintained.
- Min 6 months of experience in kitchen assisting Chef preferably continental food.
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in a kitchen environment
- Team player
- Excellent Knife Skills
- Preferred Culinary certificate from recognized institution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
