**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Managing day to day project related activities and chairing the project management team meetings.
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Developing event concept and plans.
- Maintaining event budget and logistics
- Collaborate with clients before and during events.
- Leading teams to deliver projects.
- Management of all the projects and solving the issues and risks associated with it and also, ensuring on-time project delivery.
- Contribute to process related initiatives
- Ensuring that project produces the required deliverables of quality, within specified constraints of time and cost.
- Provide on-site and off-site leadership for projects teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals.
- Full project lifecycle ownership.
- Show creation and successful event flow considering all the client and event details.
- Vendor relationship management
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating team work, innovation and excellence.
- Preparing estimated and detailed project plan along with resource management.
- Monitoring team performance and development.
- Act as an internal quality control check for the projects and participating in quality issue resolution.
- Deliver appropriate and effective level of communication in the team members.
- Building and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and vendors.
- Maintaining the database of all the clients and vendors.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Event Coordination: 1 year (preferred)
- Events management: 1 year (preferred)
