**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and resolve any payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including calls made, payments received, and agreements made.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection progress, account status, and other relevant metrics.
- Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and credit risk, to address any issues related to collections and improve overall processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any vertical or 12th Pass
- Knowledge of collection techniques and debt recovery procedures.

**Available locations: Erode and few other near by location.**
