Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers for collection of pending EMIs/payments.
  • Explain outstanding dues and payment terms to customers in a professional manner.
  • Ensure timely collection and deposit of cash/cheques/digital payments.
  • Maintain proper records of visits, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with the branch/collection manager regarding overdue accounts.
  • Follow company guidelines while handling customers and ensure legal and ethical collections.
  • Provide feedback about customer issues or disputes to the management.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
  • 0–3 years of experience in field collections / recovery.
  • Good knowledge of the local area and routes.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
