**Job Title**: AVP - Strategy & Business Transformation

**Location**: Bangalore / Gurgaon, India

**Experience**: 6 - 10 years

**Notice Period**: Immediate to 30 days (IF SERVING)

Our customer is leading financial/investment institutions, commercial banks.

**Overview**:
The primary objective of the role is to assist in the analysis and execution of strategic projects, while also tracking client’s performance against its long-term objectives.

**Experience**:

- 6-10 years post qualification, from Credit Rating Agency / IB / consulting / advisory background
- Qualifications** - **MBA in Finance or CA

**Functional Responsibilities**:

- Analysis of business performance & financial analysis, benchmarking against peers and own strategic goals
- Assist in various strategic projects
- Ideation / assistance in process improvement initiatives
- Creation of periodic update decks to track progress on initiatives
- Peer analysis, in the CRA and other financial services and fintech space
- Assistance in any transactions, diligence and other process steps
- Financial modelling, scenario analyses, valuation estimates
- Any other adhoc analytical support to facilitate decision making, as and when required

**Functional Competencies**:

- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint (or Similar) - should be able to conceptualize and create project decks
- Analytical mindset, ability to work with unstructured data, ability to ask the right questions
- Understanding of valuation methods, comps, discounted cash flows, cap rates
- Adequate knowledge of accounting, and ability to eliminate impact accounting treatments
- Understanding of financial markets, debt market/capital market and economic trends and indicators

- Self-driven, results-orientated, proactive, problem-solving
- Attention to detail, coupled with ability to see the big picture
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
