Job Description: This position will be an Operations account manager for a pool of 150 - 200 drop shipment vendors. He/She will assist and empower vendors to maximize their order fulfillment efficiencies. He/She will play a pivotal role in ensure near zero order defaults and will contribute to the overall service rate of the Drop shipment model.

Job specifications:
1. Required (Must Have) skills: Basic English communication, Basic excel skills with good computing speed, Smart thinking with ability to handle pressure. Innovative thinking and problem solving attitude.

2. Desired (Good to have) skills: Anything more than above.

3. Qualification: Undergraduate and above

4. Salary: 20 to 22k gross p.m

5. Experience: Fresher will do. Some vendor management exp is an added bonus.

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Educating new vendor on vendor panel usage and handling vendor queries.

2. Liaison with Xpressbees for ensuring on time pickups and with vendors for seamless handovers within agreed TAT.

3. Ensuring vendor's payment are processed within dedicated timelines.

4. Handling vendor's actionable customer tickets and providing resolution within 48 hours.

5. Helping in process improvements and innovation.

6. Reporting and administration as necessary.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per week
