Spacewalk is an independent real estate advisor operating in Pune, serving both the east and west regions. With extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate sector in Pune, our team of dynamic and visionary individuals aims to assist those in search of properties in Pune.
**Roles and responsibilities**
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business.
- Evaluate customers needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
- Generate or follow through sales leads.
- Identifying customers, give presentation and close the deals independently.
- Coordinating with developers for Site Visits.
- Client acquisition and business development by direct / indirect sales.
- Meeting sales / revenue targets.
- Develop organization as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
**Skills required**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of the real estate market and trends
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
