Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, rate comparisons, and commercial proposals for clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to rental tariffs, billing, and service details.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle availability and scheduling.
  • Maintain and update client records, agreements, and rate contracts.
  • Process invoices, verify trip sheets, and assist in timely billing and payment follow-ups.
  • Support tender documentation, agreements, and renewal of contracts.
  • Prepare MIS reports on vehicle utilization, billing, and revenue performance.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for vehicle hiring, rate negotiation, and contract terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and client SLAs.
  • Handle client feedback and service improvement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
