- Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues related to reservations.
- Process rental bookings accurately and efficiently using the company’s reservation system.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as the supply team, to ensure the availability of vehicles

for reservation.
- Maintain records of reservation transactions and customer interactions in the company database.
- Follow up with customers to confirm reservations and provide relevant details prior to rental pickup.
- Assist with resolving any disputes or discrepancies related to rental reservations.
- Collaborate with the follow-up team to continuously improve the reservation process and enhance customer satisfaction
- Calling customers for follow-up for ongoing trips.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
