As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in crafting cutting-edge solutions that drive digital design performance, efficiency, and functionality. We are looking for an individual who thrives on challenges, deeply understands micro-architecture principles, and has a track record of translating complex ideas into tangible designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the micro-architecture and design of AI Sub-system modules, including SIMD and Hardware Execution Engines.
- Develop, document, execute, and deliver fully verified RTL for high performance, area efficiency, and power optimization to meet design targets and specifications.
- Define and implement a Custom ISA, collaborating with System Architects to create efficient C-Kernels that utilize the Custom ISA.
- Design micro-architecture and RTL, perform synthesis, logic verification, and timing analysis using state-of-the-art CAD tools and semiconductor process technologies.
- Implement logic functions that facilitate efficient testing and debugging.
- Contribute to silicon bring-up and validation for owned blocks.

**Qualifications**:

- You hold a master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science with 5 years of meaningful work experience.
- You possess experience in micro-architecture and RTL development (Verilog/SystemVerilog), with a focus on high-speed Processor and SERDES design and Digital Signal Processing blocks.
- You are skilled in working with high-speed interfaces and 3rd Party IP.
- You have exposure to Mixed-signal designs.
- You are familiar with Computer Architecture and Arithmetic principles.
- You exhibit a solid grasp of ASIC design flow, including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are an excellent team player.

**Pluses**:

- You have experience with processors such as RISC-V, Tensilica, ARM, or MIPS.
