The incumbent has to work actively on these Solution Offerings. This role has to collaborate with different internal teams to evangelize newer solutions and also be provide product depth at scale to upskill our partners and internal field employees".**

Security Operations Solutions Principal is responsible for the development of joint solution and service offerings with Micro Focus Strategic Alliances and Partnership Ecosystem

This position is responsible for the conceptualization, architecture, design, and implementation of emerging Security Operations use cases in collaboration with the cross functional teams addressing emerging cybersecurity needs & challenges. A key requirement is to identify market opportunities leveraging Micro Focus Security Operations and 3rd party partner technologies to address market requirements and present solution alternatives to stakeholders in terms of strengths, weakness, implications, risks, costs, and benefits including a recommended way forward. Conceptualize and support productizing solution prototypes to assist go-to-market initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify, evaluate, and define emerging go-to-market opportunities with partners in the Cybersecurity market. Document emerging Cybersecurity needs & challenges, and business & technical requirements including use cases / business processes.
- Architect and design solutions addressing requirements consistent with industry standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Evaluate solution alternatives articulating strengths, weakness, implications, risks, cost and benefits including a recommended way forward.
- Create solution collaterals and concept demonstrations to support joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop and expand/strengthen an ecosystem of influencers to maximize joint go-to-market opportunities with partners.
- Support solution marketing, demand generation, training, and delivery engagements to establish sales and delivery best practices, and global rollout initiatives.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering or related fields.
- Cybersecurity Certification or Specialization accreditation.
- 5-10 years of working experience with Cybersecurity Solution Architecture & Design, Security Operations, Network Security, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Incident Response experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands on experience in Security Information Event Management, Log Management, Security Analytics, Data Science, and Machine Learning technologies.
