Job Responsibilities:
The position holder shall be responsible for:

- New account acquisition with a focus on mid to large opportunities.
- Establish a strong presence in strategic and key accounts within the region and work towards their conversions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to sales, actively engaging in customer interactions and deal negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate, support and help in respect of service to client to his utmost satisfaction.
- Get the best possible price and terms from the market for client through knowledge, expertise and competitive advantage.
- Keep abreast of latest and detailed market information through analysis, research and feedback mechanism.
- Prepare market submissions and presentations for new business and renewals to ensure that they effectively sell the clients risk to the market.

Academic Qualification and Experience:

- Graduation Essential: Masters’ Degree or any Insurance Qualification highly preferred.
- Experienced professional in General Insurance or Insurance broking industry.
- Knowledge, Competency and Skills requirement:

- Effective interpersonal skill

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- UK shift
