**Accountability**:
- Contact Existing Customers Via Phone To Remind Them About Their Policy Renewal Due Dates.
- Explain Renewal Benefits, Policy Details, And Payment Options Clearly And Effectively.
- Address Customer Queries Regarding Their Policies And Resolve Issues Promptly.
- Ensure Timely Follow-ups To Convert Leads Into Successful Renewals.
- Maintain Accurate Records Of Customer Interactions And Updates In The System.
- Achieve Monthly Renewal Targets Set By The Management.
- Provide Feedback To The Team About Customer Concerns Or Trends In Renewal Requests.
- Require To Do Verification Call To Newly Issued Policy Customers
- Provide Service To Partners And Also Do The Activation**Key Skills**:
