**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern**

**Location**: Dharampeth, Nagpur

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
- Learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
- Help maintain CRM databases by updating client information and recording sales activity.
- **Marketing Assistance**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and other collateral.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and prospects.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve our products/services and overall customer experience.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing files.
- Provide logístical support for events, trade shows, and other promotional activities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is desirable but not required.
- Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.

**Duration**:
Duration of the internship - 45 Days, 90 days, 180 days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
