Job Description: DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and

managing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. Your primary goal

will be to drive brand awareness, increase online presence, and generate leads or sales.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to

create and execute effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and adjust strategies

as needed to achieve goals.

Social Media Management:

- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility

and engagement.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve

marketing objectives.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search

rankings.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithms to ensure website visibility on search

engines.

Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant digital content,

including blog posts, infographics, videos, and more.
- Ensure content aligns with the overall digital marketing strategy.

Analytics and Reporting:

marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, making data-driven

recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, product, and creative, to ensure

cohesive and integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing

technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and social

media.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
