**Internship Description - Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing project.
- Coordinating the creation of digital content (e.g., website, blogs, press releases, social media - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Managing end-to-end digital projects.
- Meeting and understanding client requirements.
- Strategizing brand-specific plans and implementing actionable strategies.
- Preparing descriptive client briefs and task lists upon receiving requirements.
- Supervising the execution of campaign plans.
- Multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
- Reporting daily progress and updates.

**Required Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of all social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in audience research for ads and marketing strategies.
- Ability to plan and create content for social media posts/ads.
- Skills in content writing, graphic design, website development, SEO, and project management.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.

**Internship Description**:

- **Position**: Digital Marketing Intern

- **Office Address**: 34, Pandurang Gawande Nagar, Khamla, Nagpur - 440022
- **Work Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- **Stipend**: ₹2,000 to ₹8,000
- **Internship Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Schedule**: Day shift
- **Supplemental Pay**: Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (preferred).

**License/Certification**:

- Digital Marketing Certification (preferred).
