**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to reach target audiences and achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on marketing and sales activities, including progress towards goals and key performance indicators.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any or related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
