**Job Description**:

- Facilitate Scrum events.
- Promote Agile life cycle practices leading to Scrum team success in delivering valuable product on a cadence.
- Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity.
- Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Promote adherence to standard process, use of tools, and established project delivery standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements, onboarding, reporting improvements and training as required within and across Scrum teams.
- Knock down team impediments.
- Facilitate Product Backlog Refinement (PBR) activity which ensures Product Backlog readiness.
- Ensure all processes are followed so that Scrum teams board represent accurate status of Sprints and team backlog.
- Reflect issues to the team through observation from outside of the team.
- Attend/facilitate Scrum of Scrums as needed.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelors in Engineering degree required. Preferable Master Degree (MCA)
- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in Information Technology environment.
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
- Scrum Master Certification (PSM/CSM) is preferred.
- Full member of a Scrum team that successfully completed at least one formal production release cycle required.
- “Can do” attitude.

**Nice To Have Skills**:

- Knowledge on Scaling frameworks like SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc.
- SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master Certified.
