TransUnion Interactive is seeking a scrum master/agile project manager to lead the development of new products and features for our award-winning suite of credit management sites.

**The Team’s Focus**

TransUnion Interactive creates web-based financial products that help consumers manage their credit, identity and money. Our product suite includes the mobile versions of TransUnion Credit Monitoring and TrueIdentity — products that help our customers monitor critical changes in their credit by assisting them with debt analysis, identity theft protection features, and money management tools. Our team maintains an entrepreneurial environment, with continued year-to-year growth and a history of successful product launches. We stay nimble and innovative by paying close attention to how our customers interact with our products; this is reflected in our recent, successful product launches.

**How You’ll Contribute**
- Understand the general principles of Agile as outlined in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and be fully aligned to those principles
- Uphold the framework and integrity of scrum practices
- Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process
- Facilitate PI (Program Increment) and sprint planning processes, as well as all other scrum ceremonies, and empower team commitment to PI and sprint delivery
- Participate in longer term roadmap planning
- Manage monthly capitalization processes and change management processes
- Monitor and track PI milestones, and facilitate mitigation of issues and risks
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve problems and remove impediments/barriers for the team; escalate to the RTE as needed
- Ensure that release deliverables are submitted and that quality standards defined by the team are consistently met (per acceptance criteria and definition of done)
- Prepare and present bi-weekly PI Performance Reviews

Monitor the effectiveness of scrum team processes and performance, and collaborate with the team on changes and improvements

**Impact You'll Make**:
**What You’ll Bring**
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working with and coaching scrum teams.
- A strong track record of leading multiple, independent cross-functional projects simultaneously or as one cohesive program.
- A minimum of four years of relevant Information Technology experience; Healthcare IT is a plus
- Have hands on experience in any of the technology (Microsoft/Java/Angular/ETL) for at least 2 years
- Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Agile Software like: Jira/Confluence or Agile Central
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, e-commerce culture and environment.
