**Scrum Master**

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and help us deliver high-quality products quick to market. We are looking for a passionate servant leader who can demonstrate the skills to support and empower the team. Work Location: Chennai, South India

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Managing each product’s scope and timeline
- Working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
- Building a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guiding development teams to higher scrum maturity

**Job requirement**:

- 3+ years of experience as a scrum master
- Scrum master certification, SAFe preferred
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques and artifacts, frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban etc, to deliver solutions
- Familiarity with software product development
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

**Educational requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹500,000.00 per year
