**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding **ERP products, services, and company policies.**:

- Assist customers in resolving basic issues or escalate complex cases to the senior support team when required.
- Maintain and update customer records with accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Support customers with **ERP product features, order status, and basic troubleshooting.**:

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products, service enhancements, and support procedures.
- Learn and effectively use customer support and ticketing software to handle customer requests.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- **0 to 1 year of experience** in customer support or software product support (ERP knowledge preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English and Tamil.**:

- **Hindi** proficiency is optional.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
