**Education**: Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.

- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years of experience in Indian and/or Continental cuisine in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and Continental cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.

- Prepare and cook Indian and Continental dishes to the highest standards.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications for each dish.
- Ensure portion sizes, garnishing, and presentation align with company standards.
- Conduct quality checks on ingredients, portion sizes, and food presentation.
- Adjust seasoning and flavors as needed for Indian and Continental dishes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance across all meals.
- Manage a specific section within the kitchen (e.g., Indian or Continental).
- Assist in the planning and preparation of menu items specific to Indian and Continental cuisine.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and timely kitchen operations.
- Guide and mentor junior kitchen staff, including Commis chefs.
- Ensure all team members follow kitchen policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Support in training new team members on Indian and Continental recipes and kitchen protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels for ingredients, especially for Indian and Continental dishes.
- Report stock shortages to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Minimize food wastage through proper portion control and stock management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
