KPMG Advisory professionals provide advice and assistance to enable companies, intermediaries and public sector bodies to mitigate risk, improve performance, and create value. KPMG firms provide a wide range of Risk Advisory and Financial Advisory Services that can help clients respond to immediate needs as well as put in
place the strategies for the longer term.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Understanding the validity of the patent by searching for prior art and comprehending patent claims.
- Experience - 2-4 years
- Conducting patentability search and mapping the invention disclosure with the prior art.
- Understanding the client business and requirements and developing tailored solutions to address their unique and complex business & IP needs.
- Project quality assurance and increasing customer satisfaction & brand stickiness.
- Understanding freedom to operate for patent by finding any infringing products and analyse the applicable jurisdiction and its enforceability.
- Meeting deadlines for submissions, renewals, and other documentation filings.
- Patent Search (Orbit, Innography, Patbase, XLPAT, Derwent Innovation and many more)
- Any other work allocated by the engagement manager.

Qualifications**

Btech/ Mtech/ MCA/BCA

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Will need good communication skills, a calm voice in a crisis, an ability to efficiently solve new technical problems, and a broad knowledge of computer systems and security.
