Ativeera is a boutique virtual CFO and financial advisory firm helping MSMEs and growing businesses unlock clarity, control, and confidence in their financial journey. From dashboards and budgeting to cash flow and financial systems, we work closely with founders to make finance a growth enabler.
**Role Objective**:
We are looking for a smart, proactive **CFO Advisory Assistant** who can support day-to-day execution, follow-ups, task coordination, and basic financial review work. You will act as a key support to the founder in ensuring timely delivery, client coordination, and internal accountability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with internal team members and external clients to ensure timely completion of assigned work
- Reply and coordinate on **WhatsApp group messages** professionally and promptly
- Maintain task trackers and update the founder regularly
- Assist in collecting and reviewing accounting data (Tally/Excel)
- Do basic analysis of transactions to support decision-making
- Maintain client documentation and meeting records
- Prepare and review Excel-based financial trackers, reports, or dashboards
- Provide support in Power BI-based reports (if skilled)
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Commerce background** (B.Com, M.Com, semi-qualified CA, or similar)
- **1-3 years of experience** in finance/accounting or client coordination
- Hands-on experience with **Tally** and **Excel**:
- Good understanding of business transactions and financial statements
- Ability to stay organized and ensure others meet deadlines
- Knowledge of **Power BI** or financial dashboards is a **plus**:
- Self-driven, dependable, and eager to learn
