**Responsibilities**:
Procurement Management:
1. Identify and source suitable vendors for corporate gifting, maintaining a robust vendor database.

2. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and establish pricing agreements for gift procurement.

3. Conduct thorough market research to identify new and innovative gift ideas for various occasions.

Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to meet the demand for IC gifting.

Vendor Relationship Management:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.

2. Collaborate with vendors to customize gift options based on client requirements.

3. Address any issues or concerns raised by vendors regarding procurement, pricing, or product quality.

Quality Assurance:
1. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all gifts meet the company's standards.

2. Conduct regular inspections of gift products and packaging to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

3. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions to improve gift quality and customer satisfaction.

Order Fulfillment and Logistics:
1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather IC gifting requirements and ensure timely order placement.

2. Track and manage the procurement process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery of gifts.

3. Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping methods are employed. Budget Management:
4. Assist in budget planning and forecasting for IC gifting. Monitor and track expenses related to 5procurement activities, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on the quality of gifts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree.

2. Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or a related role.

3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

4. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.

6. Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
