We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to manage client relationships, support

business development, and ensure the successful execution of projects in the Interior Design,

Architecture, or Plywood Industry. This role involves building strong client relationships,

coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects on time, and continuously monitoring market

trends to provide valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and

potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries

and resolving issues promptly.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify

new business opportunities. Proactively manage client accounts to ensure repeat business

and referrals.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with design and operations teams to ensure timely

project delivery. Liaise with clients for project updates, approvals, and feedback.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer

preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team to refine

strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions,

agreements, and project updates. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, feedback,

and retention rates.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client needs are met effectively, enhancing overall

satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,325.46 - ₹45,573.19 per month
