**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving sales success across our group companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their specific needs and challenges across each product line and providing support to inquiries.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the unique value propositions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding their expectations across our group companies.
- Manage and maintain healthy sales pipelines, create quotations, forecast sales opportunities, and provide regular updates.
- If required travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams like marketing, product, etc

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum experience 2 to 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the industries, e.g., LED lighting, Real Estate, E-commerce.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and tailor your approach to each company's offerings.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, negotiation techniques,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM, and Autocad software.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
