**About Dayya Foundation**:Our approach is modeled around bringing change at all levels.
- **Education**: Dayya Foundation works with project partners at the grassroots level to create sustainable change for India’s young people. Our prime focus is to work towards the empowerment of this generation of young, who are deprived from basic education. Dayya Foundation is to give education to all sections of the society, with a initial focus on villages of Punjab and surroundings.
- **Entrepreneurship** Understanding the business practices and dimensions of micro enterprises and entrepreneurs. Providing counselling and consultancy services to the those who would not get support elsewhere. How to prepare a project, feasibility report, purchase of plant and machinery, and performing other procedural activities.
- **Skills Development**: Dayya Foundation skill programs are highly market-driven & market-linked ensuring that our skilling becomes a medium to earn livelihood and improve their standard of living. Our skill development programs also ensure that skilling is converted into actual livelihood opportunities by industry partnership, market linkages, and post-placement support.

- Applicants should have**:

- As a Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference to people, supporting young people in all aspects of their development. Your role will include assisting caseworkers with the implementation of support plans
- You will need to be proactive at responding to queries and communicating with people that use our services as well as external partners and agencies
- Genuine commitment to working and supporting Young People to achieve their full potential.
- An understanding of the issues facing young people/ children in villages.
- The ability to cope effectively with challenging behaviour
- Good communication in Hindi, Punjabi and should have good team working skills.
- Ready to work with people of all backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of social work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (Punjabi language is must, should be flexible enough to work with the all background people).
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse people.
- Dynamic team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**THE ROLE** - Full-time, flexibility, Driving is a advantage

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
