**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads in the Karnataka region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of bathware products.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies effectively.
- Participate in trade shows and events to promote Benitton Bathware.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the bathroom fittings industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Karnataka market and customer preferences would be an advantage.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
