**Requisites**:
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to onboard new clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
