The role involves managing customer relationships, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**: - Act as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries - Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer complaints or service requests - Coordinate between customers and the service team for vehicle servicing, status updates, and delivery - Maintain customer service records and feedback reports - Drive customer satisfaction by building long-term relationships - Support field visits and service campaigns when necessary - Assist in maintaining service schedules and reminders for repeat customers. - Minimum H.S.
