**1. Customer Interaction & Support**
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved.

**2. Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- Personalize client's experiences to build loyalty.

**3. Record Keeping & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM software.
- Generate regular reports on client's feedback and satisfaction.
- Track service performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, etc.).

**4. Coordination & Collaboration**
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to meet clients needs.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely service delivery.

**5. Feedback & Improvement**
- Gather and relay clients feedback to improve products/services.
- Recommend improvements in processes for better Client service.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
