Job Title: Architect Personal Assistant to Managing Director of Construction Company

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the MD.
- Assist in organizing and planning company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal departments, external partners, clients, and vendors.
- Conduct research, compile data, and assist with special projects as assigned by the MD.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing architectural documents, contracts, and proposals.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory for the architecture department.
- Provide general administrative support to the architecture team as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably in the construction or architecture industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of architectural terminology, processes, and procedures is a plus.
- Willingness to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.

**Salary**: ₹9,302.23 - ₹26,503.27 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

Ability to Relocate:
