Job Title: Architectural Assistant / Intern

**Location**:
Job Summary:
An Architectural Assistant supports senior architects in all project phases, from concept to completion. This role involves assisting with design, preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Drafting: Assist in developing architectural designs and plans. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools. Contribute to design proposals and concepts.
- Documentation & Coordination: Manage project documentation including technical drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients.
- Site Visits: Participate in site visits to evaluate progress and ensure compliance with design.

Qualifications:

- Education: B.ARCH or similar course
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp.

*Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural principles, design processes, and Indian building codes.
- Experience: Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged. Prior experience (1 years) in an architectural firm is preferred.
