Job Title: Architecture Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Architecture Intern to join our team. As an Architecture Intern, you will work closely with our experienced architects to assist in the design and construction of various projects. You will also gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of architecture while receiving mentorship and guidance from our team of professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts for new projects
- Produce detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including specifications and blueprints
- Attend client meetings and site visits to gather information and provide support
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Assist with project management tasks, including budgeting and scheduling
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights to ongoing projects

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in architecture or a related field
- Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong visual and spatial skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
