We are seeking a talented and independent Architect to join our creative team working on a diverse range of large institutional buildings to high end luxury residential projects.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create high-quality architectural designs using industry-leading software tools.
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and drawings that accurately represent architectural designs and materials.
- Work closely with the Client teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver projects on time.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure execution of design intent into construction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials and advancements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in appropriate architecture, design and presentation softwares.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
