Job Location: Sector
- 63 Noida

**Role: Junior Architect**

**Qualifications**:
1. Highly creative person with a degree in an accredited architectural, Interior Design or other relevant design program (Degree is For Jr.Architect Role only)

2. 1+ years of great design experience designing and detailing residential, commercial or public spaces

3. Good understanding of architectural principles such as form, space, order, colour theory, perspective, cultural sensitivity, etc. and art and nature

4. Good functional and aesthetical design sense

6. Must express strong visualisation skills and the ability to translate this through different media such as free hand sketches & digital presentation

7. Highly organised having ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, driving design projects all by himself/herself

8. Strong written, oral and visual communication skills

9. Languages: English & Hindi preferred

10. Good knowledge of lighting design

**Software proficiency required in**:
AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3Ds max, Photoshop & Lumion
