**Role Description**:
As a Client Servicing Executive at First of Jan Brandworks, you will be the primary point of contact between our agency and our clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, and providing strategic guidance to clients. You will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth.

**Qualifications**:
0 to 3 years of experience in Client Servicing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

Research the clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to client needs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (or similar) is compulsory

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for creativity and a keen interest in the advertising and marketing industry.

Flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements and priorities.

Briefing co-workers in the firm, and collaborating with them to organise and carry out the client's requirements.

Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve client objectives.
