**Job Summary**
As an advertising account executive, you'll work within an advertising or multi-service agency, acting as a link between the agency and its clients. You'll be responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved. You may also be known as an account handler.
It is vital to understand the needs of your clients, which you'll learn through liaising closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. You'll also manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Research client's products, services, plans, competitors and target markets
- Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval
- Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Long hours are common, and advertising staff are expected to work flexibly to meet project deadlines.
- Advertising account executives are office-based. They travel some times for meetings, and may be expected to socialise with clients.
- Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress to senior management.
- Responding to client's requests as they arise and are in the scope of client's contract..

- Excellent English communication all additional languages are a plus

- Should proof read and check content before work is sent to client

- At-least 1 year of advertising Industry experience
- Can Handle 8-9 clientele requests per day
- Scheduling of work for next day for design and development staff
- English medium / command on language all official languages.
- Should be able to reduce rework by manually checking work.
- follow brand guidelines
- Inquire ans Extract guidelines and briefs of clients and design and development team to make sure execution is done flawlessly.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Dhankawadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
